About Us
We are a NY-based behavioral health practice providing virtual therapy and related services. We're focused on expanding our services, both into new areas like psychiatry, and growing into new states beyond NY.
We generate between $5MM - $10MM in annual revenue, and have 50 clinicians on the team.
About the Work
Referrals from healthcare providers and other businesses is a popular growth channel in our industry, but it's not one that we've ever tapped into. We're looking for a Fractional Partnerships Lead to build out this channel for us to drive significantly more qualified leads for our business.
Specifically, you'll:
- Develop our partnership strategy that targets other healthcare providers, as well as other potential partners (e.g. universities, employers, etc.). Some easy wins include:
- Therapy practices that don't accept insurance (we do)
- Psychiatry practices
- Inpatient clinics
- Own the partnership pipeline from end-to-end, including outreach
- This includes visiting providers in-person in the NY area
- Build and own our reporting infrastructure so we can better measure where referrals are coming from
- Work most closely with the managing director of our practice
We're open to different types of engagements, for somewhere between 10 - 20 hrs per week depending on the engagement. Compensation looks like a base retainer of up to $6K / mo, plus commission that could add an additional $3K - $5K / mo.
About You
You MUST have:
- Led Partnerships that drive leads for other small healthcare providers
- If you don't have significant healthcare partnerships / BD experience, we won't be the right fit
- Based in the NYC area only, and willing to build in-person relationships with healthcare providers
- Interested and capable of a highly hands-on role, including cold outreach
Nice-to-haves:
- Behavioral health specifically
- Existing relationships with NY-based healthcare providers that you can leverage
