Role Summary
ACHRE is looking for a high-level Creative Ops Lead to oversee and manage content production across all verticals — including editorial production for the website, photo shoots, YouTube series, and upcoming book. This is a fractional role (15–20 hours/week to start) designed for a creative-minded operator who blends aesthetic fluency with logistical excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and Editorial Director to ensure that all creative output not only gets done — but gets done beautifully, on-brand, and on time. You’ll manage freelancers, streamline production, and uphold the visual and editorial integrity of everything we release. This role is remote, but with regular in-person meetings in Los Angeles.
What You'll Do
Creative & Aesthetic Oversight
- Act as the “taste check” for all ACHRE creative: photos, layouts, video assets, and more
- Understand and uphold brand standards across platforms (clean, elevated, intentional, lifestyle-forward)
- Partner with the founder to bring her creative vision to life without needing constant oversight
- Ensure all deliverables feel cohesive, intentional, and aligned with ACHRE’s visual identity
Project Management & Production
- Own and manage timelines for:
- ACHRE.com: Weekly articles and editorial shoots
- ACHRE studios: upcoming YouTube series
- ACHRE publishing: In-progress nonfiction book project
- Produce photo shoots for web, print, and social: booking talent, locations, stylists, and vendors, catering, etc
- Build systems that keep production moving quickly and smoothly without sacrificing quality
Freelancer & Team Coordination
- Oversee and manage freelance creatives (writers, photographers, editors, designers)
- Grow and evolve our roster of talented brand-aligned creatives (photographers, stylists)
- Ensure clarity on expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Track projects and maintain systems using Notion, Asana, Google Drive, and other tools
- Maintain and evolve SOPs, style guides, asset libraries, and production checklists

Contract and Compensation
- Fractional: 15–20 hours per week
- Hourly Rate: $75–$95/hour based on experience
- Location: Remote with some in-person meetings in Los Angeles
- Long-term potential to grow into a full-time creative leadership role
