About Us
We acquire and operate behavioral health clinics (specifically ABA), and then focus on improving clinical operations and financial performance.
We've acquired one clinic so far in Florida ($3MM revenue), are about to acquire a second ($5MM revenue), and have a strong pipeline for future acquisitions this year.
About the Work
As we acquire clinics, we want to instill stronger operational oversight. We're looking for a Fractional General Manager to manage clinic performance, support growth (including new acquisitions), and drive operational excellence across the portfolio.
Specifically, you'll:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across one (soon to be two+) clinics, improving KPIs like utilization, cancellation rates, staffing levels, and authorization adherence
- Work directly with on-site clinic leaders (who have clinical backgrounds), to help strengthen their business discipline
- Review monthly P&Ls for each entity and drive progress toward margin goals
- Build a shared operating playbook across all clinics
- Support hiring strategy for the clinics to meet growth targets
- Advise on payer contracting and reimbursement strategy, including rate negotiations
- Help with diligence and integration of new clinic acquisitions
- Travel to clinic sites as needed to build relationships and reinforce expectations
Though this could be a full-time role, especially as we grow, we're looking for a fractional exec to immediately hit the ground running on the above goals. It can either transition into a full-time role or you'll help us find the right full-time replacement.
About You
You MUST have:
- Led multi-site operations as a COO, VP, Regional Director, etc. for any of the following types of clinics
- ABA
- Behavioral health
- Outpatient therapy (PT/OT/speech)

- A strong clinical background, either as a clinician, or as an operator with significant experience leading clinical teams
- Experience monitoring and driving KPIs such as cancellation rates, utilization, and margin improvement
- Strong familiarity with fee-for-service reimbursement models and payer relations, including payer contracting and rate negotiation
- Based anywhere in the USA, and open to traveling to clinics as needed
Some nice-to-haves:
- BCBA credentials
- Have supported diligence for clinic acquisitions
