About the Work

We're looking for a Fractional Operations Lead to own several key ops initiatives that will help us scale.

Specifically, you'll:

• Find and onboard new restaurant merchants that have the highest sales upside for us, based on key operational data and other factors
  
  • Become an expert on the types of merchants that resonate with customers
• Use performance data and customer feedback to deeply understand merchants and what makes some perform better than others
  
  • Refine our playbook to continuously onboard better merchants
• Lead the rollout of our new packaging technology to existing and new merchants
• Work most closely with our founder/CEO, and Operations team

We're currently looking for 20 hrs / week of help, but there is potential to shift this into a full-time role if there is mutual interest.

About You

You MUST have:

• You've led Ops initiatives for startups in any of the following spaces:
  
  • Food delivery, or other delivery services
  • Ride-sharing
  • Any consumer-facing logistics
  • eCommerce (where you were involved with the supply chain logistics)
• Strong data analytics & excel skills
  
  • This is a very data-heavy role
• Significant early-stage startup experience

Some nice-to-haves:

• Have worked with restaurants before
• Finance background
• Based in the Bay Area
