Anchor Point is installing a formal execution system to support scale. This role exists to ensure that leadership decisions convert into consistent, visible execution across the organization.
This is a peer role to the Chief of Staff.
- The Chief of Staff owns execution outcomes.
- This role owns the system that ensures execution actually happens.
This is not a strategist role. This is not an assistant role. This is a systems authority role.
Scope:
- Design, install, and operate the organization’s weekly execution cadence
- Own meeting architecture (exec + leadership) including agenda structure, tracking, and follow-through
- Enforce milestone and next action discipline across all objectives
- Maintain a single source of truth for priorities, ownership, and timelines
- Track and report execution metrics (completion rates, decision latency, stalled work, ownership gaps)
- Surface breakdowns directly to CEO with clarity and speed
Authority:
- Can require updates, ownership clarity, and next actions from leadership team members
- Can enforce use of the system across departments
- Partners with Chief of Staff but does not report through that role
Working Relationship:
- Reports to CEO
- Operates alongside Chief of Staff
- Aligns weekly with Chief of Staff to ensure system and execution remain synchronized
You are a fit if:
- You have built and run execution systems (EOS, OKRs, or similar)
- You operate in metrics, cadence, and discipline
- You are comfortable holding leaders accountable to commitments
- You can maintain structure in a fast-moving environment
You are not a fit if:
- You rely on informal communication over systems
- You avoid enforcing accountability
- You need clearly defined tasks rather than owning a system
Structure:
- 15–20 hours per week
- 90-day engagement to install and stabilize system and then we go from there
