Kitchen Renovations Perfected is an established, debt-free remodeling company in Boca Raton seeking one or two experienced construction, design, development, or kitchen-industry professionals interested in growing alongside an existing operation.

This is not a traditional job opening.

We are looking for a fractional operating or strategic partner who can bring projects, relationships, operational expertise, business development, design capabilities, capital, or a combination of these: and participate meaningfully in the growth and economics of the company.
