One Spirit Learning Alliance is an interfaith/interspiritual learning community that trains and forms spiritual care providers for service, ministry, and leadership.  We serve spiritually curious individuals seeking depth, integration, and leadership development in a contemporary, pluralistic context. Our flagship seminary program is expanding significantly in 2026.

Position Overview

We seek an experienced Fractional Marketing Strategist to provide ongoing strategic guidance, execution oversight, and optimization for enrollment marketing. This is a retainer-based contract role designed for a high-impact, hands-on marketing professional who can guide strategy while maintaining flexibility for other clients. You'll work closely with our team to increase inquiry generation, refine messaging, and optimize the enrollment funnel for our September cohort.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and monthly prioritization for marketing activities aligned with enrollment goals.
  • Monitor and optimize paid advertising performance (Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn) with monthly metric reviews and actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee email marketing and social media channel messaging to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Adjust focus and priorities as marketing needs, insights, and performance trends evolve throughout each cohort cycle.
  • Provide guidance on landing page structure, conversion optimization, and email sequences to improve enrollment decisions.
  • Partner with internal team to ensure messaging alignment across all marketing channels and campaign phases.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of strategic marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise in enrollment marketing or lead generation for educational/professional services organizations.
  • Proven track record managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) with focus on ROI, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytics mindset — ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend tactical adjustments based on performance metrics.
  • Experience developing or guiding enrollment funnels, email marketing strategies, and multi-channel campaign coordination.
  • Familiarity with interfaith, spiritual, faith-based, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working independently as a contract fractional resource and managing multiple clients/projects.

Scope & Deliverables

This is a retainer-based engagement.

Monthly Retainer: Strategic guidance, monthly performance reviews, and optimization recommendations, Ad spend management, email copy, landing page development, and daily campaign management. 

Timeline & Commitment

Start: April 2026 (immediate start preferred). Ongoing retainer through at least July 2026 cohort cycle, with potential extension. Estimated time commitment: 20–30 hours per month, flexible scheduling.
