Human Resources Consultant

​Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Fractional HR professional to support end-to-end HR operations and people processes for a growing organization. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership to ensure compliance, drive performance management, and strengthen HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Support hiring activities such as role scoping, interview coordination, and offer processes
• Manage performance management cycles, employee reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
• Handle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to employees
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
• Support HR reporting, records management, and internal audits as required

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in US HR operations or in a Fractional HR role
• Strong understanding of US employment laws and HR compliance
• Hands-on experience with performance management cycles and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fractional setup
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
