Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Fractional HR professional to support end-to-end HR operations and people processes for a growing organization. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership to ensure compliance, drive performance management, and strengthen HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Support hiring activities such as role scoping, interview coordination, and offer processes
- Manage performance management cycles, employee reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Handle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to employees
- Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Support HR reporting, records management, and internal audits as required
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in US HR operations or in a Fractional HR role
- Strong understanding of US employment laws and HR compliance
- Hands-on experience with performance management cycles and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fractional setup
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
