About Us
We're building an intelligence platform for enterprise operations, helping large companies make better operational decisions through AI.
We've raised a Seed, are working with several enterprise clients already, and currently doing several million ARR.
About the Work
After coming out of stealth, we're ramping up hiring, and want to make up to 10 new hires this year. We're looking for a Fractional Head of Talent Acquisition to build out our hiring pipeline, finding us high-caliber early-stage talent to fuel our growth.
Specifically, you'll:
- Be hands-on sourcing candidates across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. Optionally, you can bring in additional sub-contractors to help source
- Sales & CS (top priorities) must be USA-based
- Engineering can be anywhere in the world
- Find, vet, and manage third-party recruiting agencies across different functions
- Run the offer negotiation and closing process
- Design a best-in-class interview process
- Build and maintain recruiting funnels in Ashby, and provide regular reporting on what's working (and not)
- Work most closely with our CEO
About Us
You MUST have:
- Been Head of, or VP of Talent Acquisition for other venture-backed startups, anywhere from Seed to Series B
- Been part of a founding team, ideally the first TA hire
- Significant hands-on sourcing experience, where you're doing the sourcing yourself
- B2B SaaS sales and CS recruiting should be your bread and butter
- Meaningful engineering recruiting experience as well
- Experience selling candidates on leaving their BigTech job for an early-stage startup with lower compensation and higher upside
- Ashby expertise
- Based in the USA only
