About Us
We want to make private tutoring more accessible via AI-driven tools. Today our product helps students prepare for major standardized tests with personalized feedback and strategies.
We're growing incredibly quickly, reached $2MM ARR by the end of last school year, and have just raised a large Series A.
About the Work
With our Series A behind us, we have a large amount of tech and non-tech recruiting that we want to move quickly on. We're looking for a Fractional or Interim Head of Talent Acquisition who can develop our recruitment strategy and execute it.
Specifically, you'll:
- Own and run the end-to-end recruitment process for our open roles
- Full-stack engineers (London office)
- AI/ML engineers (London office)
- US-focused Marketing (London or USA)
- Focus first on our engineering and other technical roles
- Do all or most of the execution work yourself, including sourcing, screening, and closing
- Advise us on the right team structure and reporting frameworks for our org
This could look like a 20 hr / week fractional role, or a full-time interim role with something like a 6-month contract.
About You
You MUST have:
- Significant tech recruiting experience
- Engineers should be your bread and butter
- Built recruitment processes from scratch at other early-stage tech startups
- Interest and capability of being hands-on as a full-cycle recruiter
- This is not a managerial role
Nice-to-haves:
- You've recruited in hyperscale startup environments
