What You'll Do
- Audit; optimize our sales process across SMB and enterprise clients
- Coach our 4-person sales team via playbooks, call reviews, and live training
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing to improve lead quality, pricing, and feature fit
- Analyze pipeline and conversion metrics weekly; report insights directly to the founder
You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Have 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership (Sales Director, Head of Sales, VP, etc.)
- Know how to sell to both SMBs and multi-location enterprise brands
- Have experience in reputation SaaS (Birdeye, Podium, NiceJob)
- Are comfortable coaching junior sales reps and building repeatable processes
- Are fluent in CRM tools (HubSpot, Close, Apollo, etc.)
Bonus Points
Past experience at or with review platforms or reputation software
Ability to work async and autonomously
Familiarity with review APIs, AI-generated responses, and integrations
Compensation
Fixed monthly rate or monthly retainer
Fully remote and results-driven
