About Us
We're building software for clinics and wellness providers that handles dosing compliance, patient management, and provider workflows - purpose-built for the longevity and peptide therapy space.
We have about 50 clinics as customers today, and a team of 20 employees. We're generating about $1MM per year, and expect to have a $10MM+ run rate by the end of the year.
About the Work
We're ready to start scaling revenue, and have a strong sense for what channels to prioritize. We're looking for a Fractional Head of Sales to build and lead the sales function from the ground up, with a focus on breaking into the employer wellness market.
Specifically, you'll:
- Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through close
- Focus primarily on the employer benefits space - targeting unions, PEOs, large self-insured employers, and benefits brokers
- Potentially explore secondary channels for us, including partnerships with large gym chains, and targeting clinics directly
- Build and manage a small sales team to handle outbound prospecting and pipeline development
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop campaigns that support the sales motion
- Define and report on KPIs weekly, giving leadership clear visibility into pipeline and performance
About You
You MUST have:
- Built and led the Sales team for other healthtech startups
- Sold into the employer benefits space - and have experience with TPAs, benefits brokers, PEOs, or selling into large employers direct
- A hands-on mindset, capable of running the sales process from list building through close
- Based in the USA only
Some nice-to-haves:
- Existing relationships with employer benefits decision-makers
- Experience building affiliate or partnership sales with large gym networks or wellness orgs
- Experience selling SaaS directly to clinics
- Telehealth exposure
