Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Fractional Head of Product Operations, located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, with some work from home flexibility. The Fractional Head of Product Operations will be responsible for overseeing product management, developing product strategy, leading teams, and managing programs. They will also perform analytical tasks to support product decisions and drive the success of the product portfolio.

• Strong Product Management and Product Strategy skills
• Experience in Program Management and Team Leadership
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in AI or technology sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
