About Us
We run a productized graphic design service built for churches and faith-based nonprofits, with a SaaS-like subscription. Clients submit design requests through our platform and receive finished work across social media, web, and video.
We have 100+ churches as customers today, and are expecting to hit $1MM ARR in the next few months.
About the Work
We've built a strong direct sales motion, but we don't have anyone focused on channel partnerships. We're looking for a Fractional Head of Partnerships to help us build relationships with key players in the church tech ecosystem so that we can expand our reach.
Specifically, you'll:
- Build and prioritize a target list of channel partners - software platforms, service providers, and networks that already serve our customer base
- Leverage your existing relationships in the church and ministry space to get meetings with decision makers
- Collaborate with our CEO to develop the partnership strategy and narrative
- Own the pitch materials for partner conversations, working with our in-house creative team to produce them
- Work closely with our Director of Sales, our CEO, and the rest of the management team
Compensation for this role looks like a base retainer of up to $5K / month (depends on candidate fit), and a commission on deals closed of 10 - 20%.
About You
You MUST have:
- Led BD and Partnerships for other services firms, tech companies, or similar
- A deep network, direct existing relationships, and/or recognition with decision-makers at companies that sell software or services to churches at scale - think platforms like Planning Center, Subsplash, Pushpay, or similar
- If you don't have a background and network within the church ecosystem, and/or providers that sell to this ecosystem, we won't be the right fit
- Experience building and closing channel partnerships, including identifying targets, structuring deals, and developing the materials and narrative needed to get partners to yes
- Based in the USA only
