Description: We provide software and managed services to behavioral healthcare clinics, helping them run their businesses more efficiently.
Stage & proof points:
- $5MM revenue
- A team of 10
The Work
Problem: Our customer success function is already stretched thin and acting only reactively. Plus, we just signed our biggest account ever kicking off in a few weeks.
Specifically, you'll:
- Oversee our Director of CS and a new tier-one support hire
- Improve our onboarding and support processes, our two biggest pain points
- Build a proactive renewal process instead of scrambling at the last minute
- Adapt our SMB playbook as we move up into mid-market
- Help spin up AI-enabled tools like customer health scoring
- Bring structure to our revenue cycle management service, defining ownership with the RCM director and monitoring performance
- Work closely with our CEO, and Fractional Head of Sales (also hired through Fractional Jobs)
About You
You MUST have:
- Been a Head of, VP, C-level customer success leader for other B2B SaaS startups
- Significant healthtech experience, where the customer is healthcare businesses
- done this for fast-growing companies in growth-mode, with high velocity customer acquisition
- Experience with both SMB and mid-market customers, and even better if you've transitioned orgs to move up-market
- Can be based anywhere within USA time zones only
Nice-to-haves:
- experience with RCM services
- Has held Operations roles before
