The Company
Description: We're building a tool that pressure-tests high-stakes company decisions, surfacing the counterevidence and blind spots before executives commit to them.
Stage & proof points:
- Raised a pre-seed
- MVP built, and currently running free pilots with different ICPs
About the Work
Problem: Given the wide range of ICPs and channels to explore, we don't yet have a clear plan for how to bring our product to market.
Specifically, you'll:
- Run experiments to test which customer profiles and channels actually work. This is hands-on work that can include:
- Cold outbound
- ABM
- Channel partnership development
- Land pilots, and help convert them into paying customers
- Inform our pricing model, which might be seat-based, usage-based, or some combo
- Improve our messaging, so buyers more easily understand what our product does
- Work most closely with both co-founders
About You
You MUST have:
- Run Sales and Partnerships-led go-to-market approaches for other early stage tech startups
- Successfully acquired the initial customers for SaaS products, specifically selling to executive-level buyers
- This is a hands-on execution heavy role. You're doing the work yourself, not managing a team
- Significant experimentation experience, defining different ICP and channel mixes, and using learnings to inform strategy
- Based in the USA or Canada only
