Role Overview
Join our team to help maintain and expand a production web application focused on estimates and calculations. The ideal candidate will bring strong TypeScript expertise and experience with modern frontend frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features using Astro.js and React
- Work with serverless architecture using Cloudflare Workers
- Implement robust type systems and maintain type safety across the application
- Write comprehensive tests for components and RPC endpoints
- Optimize application performance and implement caching strategies
- Collaborate with team members on code reviews and architectural decisions
Requirements
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency
- Strong experience with React and component-based architecture
- Proven track record with full-stack web application development
- Experience with state management in modern web applications
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies and practices
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Astro.js or similar meta-frameworks (Next.js, Remix)
- Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers or similar serverless platforms
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS
- Experience with RPC-based architectures
- Understanding of performance optimization and caching strategies
- Experience with nanostores or similar state management solutions
