Role Description
We're looking for a Fractional EOS Integrator who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and drive real results.
This role is remote and part-time, but full-power — because we play to win, every single day.
You’ll be the operational quarterback, working alongside the Visionary (CEO) to turn big ideas into execution, accountability, and results.
You’ll run our Level 10 meetings like a boss, help leadership teams set and crush quarterly Rocks, and make sure every department is dialed-in and fired-up around our mission.
You are passionate about profit and you will oversee finances as our "Profit Czar" and you will lead the team of Department Heads.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the EOS system: run weekly Level 10 Meetings, quarterly planning, and annual strategy sessions.
- Align every project and department to our V/TO, Rocks, and company Scorecard.
- Drive execution: hold teams accountable, remove obstacles, and push initiatives across the finish line.
- Solve issues before they become problems — proactively, aggressively, and permanently.
- Lead the integration of departments, marketing, operations, finance, and client services into one high-performance machine.
- Protect our Core Values and make sure our winning culture grows even stronger.
What You Bring to the Table
- Serious EOS experience — you know the playbook cold (Integrator seat, Implementer background, or heavy EOS operational leadership preferred).
- A fighter's mindset — you don't back down from problems; you fix them.
- A project manager's brain — tight on timelines, deadlines, and KPIs.
- A communicator’s gift — clear, direct, motivating leadership style.
- Experience with remote leadership and distributed teams.
- A proven track record of making stuff happen at a high-growth, competitive company.
- Bachelor's degree (bonus points for Business, Organizational Leadership, Management)
- You will work remote, but you can travel for Quarterly and Annual planning sessions and our Annual conference
- Flexible availability to support the leadership team
