We’re a startup dedicated exclusively to nuclear talent—and we’re scaling fast. To keep pace, we’re looking for a fractional Director of Operations to help us build the backbone of our business.

Who we’re looking for
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Has 5+ years in operations, business management, or professional services (consulting, search, or similar fast-paced environments).
• Knows how to connect the dots across finance, HR, legal, and systems—you see patterns and bring order without needing to do every detail yourself.
• Has experience creating or managing compensation, incentives, or promotion frameworks.
• Thrives in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments—you’re comfortable when things are fast, evolving, and sometimes messy.
• Is highly organized and structured, but also collaborative and flexible—a true partner to founders.
• Wants to make a significant contribution in a fractional or part-time capacity—bringing capability and judgment without the a full-time commitment.
What you’ll do
• Keep our finances on track (payables, receivables, payroll, vendor relationships).
• Partner with our HR lead on people operations (contracts, onboarding, incentives, career paths).
• Build and improve systems and processes that help us scale.
• Oversee contracts, compliance, and IT, ensuring we’re set up for growth.
• Codify our culture and employee experience, creating a strong and connected team.
• Drive strategic projects that bring finance, HR, and operations together.
