Help IntuBlade convert active EMS pilots into purchase orders.
IntuBlade is a fast-growing video laryngoscope company serving EMS, fire, air medical, hospitals, military, and clinical training programs.
We have active pilots deployed, paying customers, strong field interest, and a growing pipeline. We are looking for a senior EMS / medical device sales operator to help us convert warm pilot accounts into purchase orders, annual agreements, and repeat revenue.
This is not an SDR role. We are not looking for someone to simply generate activity. We need someone who understands EMS/fire/hospital purchasing and can help turn “they like it” into “PO received.”
What you’ll do
- Work with our existing sales team to review active pilots and strategic accounts.
- Identify the real blocker on each account: budget, procurement, clinical feedback, training, vendor setup, or decision-maker access.
- Join high-value customer calls as a senior sales resource.
- Help move accounts toward a clear outcome: purchase order, annual agreement, quote accepted, scheduled next step, or closed-lost.
- Build a repeatable pilot-to-purchase process.
- Coach our team on EMS procurement, closing language, account prioritization, and follow-up cadence.
- Maintain clean CRM notes, next steps, and close dates.
Ideal background:
You may be a fit if you have experience in:
- EMS, fire, air medical, or public safety sales
- Emergency care, airway, simulation, or medical device sales
- Selling into fire departments, EMS agencies, hospitals, air medical programs, or training centers
- Public agency purchasing, quotes, POs, vendor onboarding, and clinical evaluations
- Companies/channels such as ZOLL, Stryker, Laerdal, Teleflex, Verathon, Ambu, Bound Tree, Henry Schein, McKesson, or similar
- Former EMS director, training officer, critical care/flight clinician, or fire/EMS leader with commercial experience
What success looks like:
In the first 30–60 days, you will help us:
- audit our active pilot pipeline,
- prioritize the highest-probability accounts,
- recover stale but salvageable pilots,
- convert near-term accounts into revenue,
- and create a repeatable close/kill process for all future pilots.
Engagement structure:
This is a 60–90 day fractional contract with potential to expand into a longer-term sales leadership role.
Compensation includes:
- monthly retainer,
- performance-based upside on converted revenue,
- additional upside for strategic/bulk accounts.
