Ritzy Room is seeking a Fractional Director of Corporate Partnerships to build and expand a corporate housing referral network that generates long-term furnished housing opportunities for our Dallas portfolio.
This is a senior-level, relationship-driven business development role focused exclusively on creating high-value partnerships—not leasing, property management, marketing, or agency work.
Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to develop and maintain strategic relationships that drive consistent corporate housing demand.
You will be responsible for building a pipeline of referral partners and business opportunities across corporate housing, relocation, mobility, and enterprise housing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with relocation companies, corporate housing providers, mobility firms, hospitals, physician recruiting groups, commercial brokers, and enterprise employers
- Generate qualified long-term furnished housing leads for the Dallas portfolio
- Develop and document CRM systems, outreach strategies, and partnership workflows
- Secure meetings with key decision-makers in corporate housing and mobility sectors
- Establish scalable referral channels that consistently produce business opportunities

- Begin generating measurable referral-driven opportunities
Engagement Details
- Fractional / Contract Role
- 10–15 hours per week
- Initial 90-day engagement
- Monthly retainer ($3,000–$5,000) + performance-based commission for new business generated
