Position Overview
Blink Agency is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven, and proactive Director of Client Success to lead client communication, project coordination, onboarding, and overall client experience.
This role serves as the primary liaison between Blink clients and our internal team, helping ensure projects stay on track, clients remain informed, and opportunities for growth are identified.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating communication, and helping clients achieve their goals through excellent service and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and responsiveness
- Lead client meetings, status calls, and project reviews
- Ensure client goals, priorities, and expectations are clearly understood
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
Project Coordination & Account Management
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal communications
- Collaborate with creative, web, media, and strategy partners to keep projects moving efficiently
- Track action items, deadlines, approvals, and project milestones
- Help ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of client work
- Assist leadership in managing account priorities and resource allocation
Proposal Development & Business Support
- Assist with proposal creation, client presentations, scopes of work, and project estimates
- Support client onboarding and kickoff processes
- Help prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up documentation
- Coordinate case studies, client success stories, and client communications
- Assist with new business opportunities and strategic growth initiatives
Client Reporting & Strategic Support
- Review campaign reports and performance summaries prepared by Blink's technical and media teams
- Translate performance insights into client-friendly communication
- Help clients understand progress, opportunities, and next steps
- Support strategic planning discussions and quarterly business reviews
Operations & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with agency leadership and external partners
- Help improve internal systems, workflows, and client experience processes
- Maintain organized project documentation and communication records
- Contribute to the continued growth and scalability of Blink Agency

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, project management, customer success, or agency account leadership
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Healthcare marketing experience is a plus

Compensation
Startup-stage opportunity with flexible compensation based on experience, availability, and scope of involvement. Open to Future: Full-Time, Fractional, Contractor-to-Full-Time. Compensation may include a combination of base compensation, performance incentives, and future profit-sharing opportunities.
