Director of Operations & Partnerships

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused operator to support two growing brands:

• The Mahjong Social Co. – a luxury mahjong lifestyle brand focused on collectible tile sets, premium accessories, events, and community.
• Three Daughters + Co. – a lifestyle farm brand featuring flowers, honey, strawberries, seasonal experiences, and storytelling.

This role works directly with the Founder to help drive projects, coordinate partnerships, manage vendors, support product sourcing and manufacturing, organize launches, and create operational momentum across both businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing and product sourcing initiatives
• Manage vendors, contractors, and strategic partners
• Organize projects, timelines, and priorities
• Support launches, events, and customer experiences
• Build systems and processes to improve execution
• Track action items and ensure follow-through

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
• Experience supporting founders, entrepreneurs, or growing brands preferred
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable
• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday, or similar tools is a plus
