ABOUT THE ROLE
Winnow Therapeutics is seeking an experienced project management consultant for a short-term assignment focused on developing an integrated project plan with a focus on IND-enabling activities. The consultant will work with functional leads to translate development plans into detailed, actionable workplans. The primary focus will be schedule development, cross-functional integration, dependency mapping, critical-path analysis, and risk identification.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with functional leads and program management
- Integrate plans across nonclinical, CMC, regulatory, and other relevant workstreams into a coordinated master timeline
- Identify key milestones, dependencies, decision points, long-lead activities, and potential schedule risks
- Facilitate planning discussions with internal teams and external partners to validate timelines, assumptions, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Identify planning gaps, sequencing conflicts, and unresolved dependencies, and work with functional owners to establish mitigation actions
- Develop practical project-management tools, including milestone trackers, risk and decision logs, and responsibility matrices
- Provide a clear handoff of the integrated plan and supporting materials to Winnow’s existing program management team
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/MA/PhD in a related field with 7+ years of project management experience supporting IND-enabling development
- Demonstrated track record in achieving IND submission within the developed program timelines
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA frameworks, GxP requirements (GLP, GMP, GCP), and how regulatory milestones gate downstream work
- Demonstrated ability to develop complex timelines, and manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced biotech environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar)
- Experience in autoimmune, immunology, or other biologics-focused therapeutic areas preferred
