This role will ensure clinical excellence for all things clinical at Alli. You will lead the Supervisor team and evolve what is already the premier psychotherapy practicum in Canada. You will ensure that the CRPO guidelines are proudly followed. You’ll also partner with our leadership team to achieve excellence on the business side of Alli. Key Job Information
- *This is a Fractional role (permanent part-time), for 2 days per week, with openness to increasing to 3 days
- Start date: January 5, 2025
- Compensation: $6,000/month. Would scale up if increased to 3 days.
- Must-Haves: 12+ years clinical experience; supervision experience; leadership experience in an institutional or private practice environment; registration with CRPO; masters degree
- Location: Ontario (Remote); travel to Toronto 4x per year for “sprints”
What You Will Do
- Lead the Supervisor Team, inclusive of team meetings and 1-on-1s. Provide support and ensure the highest standards of care.
- Put your clinical stamp of approval on all Alli services or products, including all educational programming, and the student internship (practicum) that ~240 students go through annually.
- With input from the Clinical side of Alli, recommend changes to benefit the clients, interns, therapists, and supervisors and ensure we are following all CRPO guidelines
- Collaborate with our therapists and the Operations team to develop systems, processes, and ways of working that strengthen the quality of our services as well as our profit
- Oversee clinical training and development
- Challenge traditional therapy models and push the boundaries of accessibility and impact.
- Drive new initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Participate in regular meetings (e.g., Supervisor Team, Leadership Team, All-Hands, etc.).
- Represent Alli externally as a proud ambassador (e.g., at conferences, events, networking, etc.)
Who You Are
Must Haves:
- Live in Canada
- 12+ years of clinical experience with psychotherapy
- 10+ years as a registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO
- 5+ years supervising therapists
- Active registration with the CRPO or another regulated body (e.g., College of Social Workers, College of Psychologists). Understanding of cross Canada practices is an asset.
- A depth and breadth of clinical experience, across different sectors, populations and systems is a large asset
- Leadership role in an institutional or private practice environment and/or experience leading a team
- Master's degree in psychotherapy or counselling, or equivalent education background
Nice to Haves:
- Held a Clinical Director role (or equivalent)
- Business background, education (e.g., MBA), or relevant experience within a business
- Registration with other colleges or in other provinces is an asset
- Bilingualism (French) is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working with Employee Assistance Programs or Disability Management
