Role Description
The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is a part-time, remote role responsible for leading Crowdberry’s overall sales strategy and performance across its investment platform and funds. The CSO will oversee the design and execution of sales plans, drive investor acquisition and retention, and ensure consistent growth in assets under management. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating closely with marketing, investment, and product teams to align commercial activities with company objectives. The role also involves building and mentoring the sales team, implementing training programs, and fostering a high-performance, compliant, and client-centric sales culture. The CSO will represent the sales function in senior leadership discussions, contribute to strategic planning, and support relationships with key investors and partners.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and investor acquisition in financial services or related sectors.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, performance tracking, and process optimization across distributed or remote teams.
- Proven Team Management and leadership abilities, with experience building, mentoring, and motivating diverse sales teams.
- Background in Training and coaching, including developing sales playbooks, onboarding programs, and ongoing skill development initiatives.
- Deep understanding of investment products, private equity, or alternative investments; experience with regulated platforms or funds is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with private and institutional investors.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM and sales analytics tools to inform decisions and strategy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-border environment, with strong self-management and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Czech or Slovak is a plus.
