About Us
We're a digital health startup that provides personalized support for a growing range of health and wellness services. We partner with large employers, and our platform connects employees with a large network of clinicians, delivering care primarily through a mobile app.
We've raised a Series B, with customers like Santander, Meta, and hundreds more.
About the Work
We've historically been focused on as select few specific health issues, and are now looking to broaden our offering given changing market conditions. We're looking for a Fractional Chief Product Officer to help us answer the question "What's next for us?"
Specifically, you'll:
- Develop and execute a unified product strategy, with specific focus on consolidated and preventative health solutions
- Drive product initiatives that improve our service delivery and increase our margins
- Gather insights from Sales, Growth, and Clinical leaders to inform product decisions
- Act as a senior leader that aligns cross functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, Clinical, Growth, etc.
- Spearhead the discovery and development of new services, from initial market research through launch
- Mentor and manage the existing Head of Product
- Work closely with the CEO and Head of Growth on the product roadmap, business priorities, and company-wide initiatives
About You
You MUST have:
- Held CPO, VP or Head of Product titles at other consumer-facing tech startups within the following sectors:
- consumer healthtech
- consumer fintech
- consumer insurtech
- Exceptional skills driving cross-functional alignment and building trust with domain experts
- Led product for major AI/ML initiatives, and you deeply understand how these AI systems are built
- 0 - 1 product experience, finding PMF in complex environments, particularly where the buyer and user have different needs
- Significant experience working with PHI / PII data in regulated industries

- Data science/ML background
- You've done fractional work before
