About Us
We're a consultancy that specializes in implementing and optimizing recruiting software for large enterprises.
We're expecting to generating over $1MM in revenue this year, with 50% margins.
About the Work
Our CEO/Founder is spread too thin, and wants to focus on what he does best: evangelizing the company (sales, marketing, etc.).
We're looking for a Fractional COO to own operations for the business.
Specifically, you'll:
- Supervise our small team of 5 (several are also fractional), including compensation and benefits decisions
- Manage contract negotiations and onboarding with new customers
- Oversee account management
- Manage our finances, and make planning/forecasting recommendations
One measure of success: The CEO can take a vacation for 2 weeks and the business won't grind to a halt!
About You
You should meet all the following criteria:
- 10+ years in Operations
- You've led Operations for other technology-focused professional services firms
- You have experience working in the HR/recruiting industry. You should be very familiar with companies like ADP, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.
- You can wear the CFO hat as well: P&L, forecasting, cash flow management, etc.
