Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Fractional Chief Learning Officer (CLO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the field of education with a strong track record of integrating diverse educational methodologies into cohesive, impactful programs. This role is pivotal in driving the development of our next-generation service offerings, focusing on creating maximum value for students and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive academic coaching model that integrates human tutoring, AI solutions, executive functioning coaching, test preparation, and academic admissions consulting.
• Identify and evaluate emerging trends in education and technology to continuously enhance our service offerings and stay ahead of market disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various educational components into a unified service offering that delivers exceptional value to students and families.
• Serve as a key spokesperson for the company, representing our educational philosophy and vision in industry forums, conferences, and publications.
• Establish and maintain high standards for educational content and delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence across all programs.
• Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, technology providers, and other stakeholders to enhance our offerings and expand our reach.
• Mentor and guide our team of educators, coaches, and support staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chief Learning Officer, Director of Education, or similar leadership role in an educational organization.
• Deep understanding of current trends and challenges in education, including the integration of AI and technology in learning.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative educational programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Passion for education and a commitment to our mission of changing the trajectory of students' lives.
• Experience working multi-location educational models is a plus.
