About The Job
Tsource partners with franchise brands to deliver a unique blend of IT strategy and hands-on execution. We’re looking for a top-tier Fractional Analyst/Consultant who can bridge business operations and technology, working with both executives and technical teams to move initiatives forward. This is a part-time role at this time, anywhere from 5-20 hours a week.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and optimize business processes across departments
- Translate business needs into clear software requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Conduct research and assess tools and vendors as needed
- Develop and deliver client-facing decks and documentation
- Support or lead project planning, budgeting, and status reporting
- Contribute to franchise IT strategy, systems design, and implementation initiatives
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or operations
- Experience working with or supporting franchises is a strong plus
- Confident communicator with both technical teams and C-suite executives
- Proven ability to self-manage, drive work forward, and work independently
- Strong documentation and presentation skills (PPT, Google Slides, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile tools and practices is preferred
- Bonus: experience with tools like Salesforce, Power BI, ServiceNow, or similar systems
