About The Job

Tsource partners with franchise brands to deliver a unique blend of IT strategy and hands-on execution. We’re looking for a top-tier Fractional Analyst/Consultant who can bridge business operations and technology, working with both executives and technical teams to move initiatives forward. This is a part-time role at this time, anywhere from 5-20 hours a week.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and optimize business processes across departments
• Translate business needs into clear software requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Conduct research and assess tools and vendors as needed
• Develop and deliver client-facing decks and documentation
• Support or lead project planning, budgeting, and status reporting
• Contribute to franchise IT strategy, systems design, and implementation initiatives

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or operations
• Experience working with or supporting franchises is a strong plus
• Confident communicator with both technical teams and C-suite executives
• Proven ability to self-manage, drive work forward, and work independently
• Strong documentation and presentation skills (PPT, Google Slides, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile tools and practices is preferred
• Bonus: experience with tools like Salesforce, Power BI, ServiceNow, or similar systems
