RPM Healthcare's comprehensive digital health solution enables providers to extend patient care beyond the medical office enhancing the patient experience, improving clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient safety.‍ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fractional CFO to oversee and manage our financial operations. This role is crucial for ensuring our company’s financial health and profitability. The ideal candidate will be adept in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic negotiations with suppliers.

Responsibilities

1. Financial Projections & Operations Control:
   • Develop and maintain detailed Excel financial projections.
   • Utilize these projections to control and guide company operations, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
2. Cash Flow Management:
   • Generate accurate and timely cash flow reports using QuickBooks or Excel.
   • Monitor cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity and financial stability.
3. Profitability Analysis:
   • Work with Cost Center data in QuickBooks, managed by our accountants, to track and ensure profitability across various departments.
   • Provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue enhancements.
4. Budget Oversight:
   • Interface with department leads to ensure adherence to agreed budgets and control operational expenses.
   • Collaborate with Leadership to address any budgetary concerns or deviations.
5. Supplier Negotiations:
   • Assist in negotiating pricing and contracts with key suppliers, such as Insperity and our shipping company.
   • Provide data-driven insights to optimize supplier relationships and costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO, Controller, or similar financial leadership role.
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of cost management and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively.

• Experience in a fractional or part-time CFO role.
• Background in overseeing financial operations in a remote or distributed team environment.
