Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Fractional CFO with strategic finance experience in rapidly growing SaaS companies and professional services firms. This pivotal role is centered on meticulously reviewing and substantially enhancing our overall financial strategy and elevating our financial and cash flow forecasts. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of cash forecasting specific to software-as-a-service and consulting services businesses, coupled with a proven track record in scaling businesses efficiently and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews and strategic enhancements to current financial and cash flow forecasts, focusing on supporting rapid business growth without compromising financial stability.
• Utilize deep understanding of various financing options, including debt and credit facilities, to advise on optimal strategies for supporting rapid expansion.
• Develop and introduce relationships with banking institutions, credit facilities, and tax professionals to support financial operations and strategic growth.
• Provide strategic guidance on managing and understanding the financial impact of international subsidiaries, especially in the context of rapid expansion.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, contributing to high-level decision-making and strategy development, particularly in scenarios of rapid growth.
• Collaborate closely with the VP Finance to ensure financial strategies are aligned with company objectives and scaling challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO, particularly within rapidly growing SaaS and professional services sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of cash forecasting techniques and financial modeling for both SaaS and consulting businesses, with a focus on scaling operations.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate the financial challenges of rapid business growth, including capital management, risk assessment, and strategic investment.
• Strong relationships with banking and credit institutions and a network among tax professionals and financial officers.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of serving as a key advisor and collaborator to C-level executives and senior management during scaling phases.
• Preferred location in Austin, TX
