Description: We're a software and services platform that helps government agencies and other orgs distribute money quickly to relevant populations, especially in the wake of disasters or other emergencies.
Stage & proof points:
- 8-figure annual revenue
- VC-backed
About the Work
Problem: Our COO, who's historically handled our FP&A, is stepping down.
Specifically, you'll:
- Own our FP&A, with a heavy emphasis on cash flow and revenue forecasting, particularly across contract timing and usage estimates
- Collaborate with the CRO to advise on pricing and contract structure, probability weighting the pipeline, and helping manage revenue volatility
- Oversee our accountant, with an emphasis on improving the system and automating workflows
- Our accounting is done on Rillet
- Provide strategic oversight to the team running grant funds administration, helping them find ways to work more efficiently
- Prepare the CEO for board meetings
We're expecting an engagement to start at 20 hrs per week, and can grow from there. If there's mutual fit and desire, this role can transition into a full-time role.
