Asepha builds advanced AI tools that re-imagine how medications are prescribed, verified, and supported across the pharmacy ecosystem. Backed by $4M in funding and trusted by multiple Fortune 50 healthcare organizations, we’re scaling quickly and seeking a fractional / part-time Designer to elevate our visual brand across conferences, events, and web.
This is a high-autonomy role with direct access to leadership and clear, high-impact deliverables. Your work will shape the look and feel of the company at conference booths, in the boardroom, and online.
Join Our Mission:
We’re building a world where medication delays are impossible. From the moment a prescription is written, the path to therapy start is clear, fast, and predictable. Asepha is the context graph for the therapy-start journey, connecting the fragmented steps that slow down medication access: intake, coordination, utilization management, and clinical services.
Role and Responsibilities:
- “Modern corporate” design style: Translate Asepha’s brand into polished, executive-grade visuals that feel modern, premium, and credible in healthcare.
- Conference + field marketing graphics: Design banners, booth assets, one-pagers/pamphlets, signage, and merch (totes, stickers, swag) that attract the right enterprise buyers.
- Event + online graphics: Create clean graphics for webinars, dinners, roundtables, sponsored events, and LinkedIn promo assets.
- Website updates and design iterations: Support ongoing website improvements (currently Webflow; open to Framer or local builds). Create layouts, sections, and visual assets that improve clarity and conversion.
- Brand system stewardship: Maintain consistency across typography, spacing, grids, iconography, and visual hierarchy; evolve templates so the team can move faster.
- Collaborate with leadership: Work directly with the team to turn fast-moving ideas into high-quality assets with short turnaround times.
Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design and strong visual hierarchy. Please attach your portfolio in your application.
- Proficient in Adobe CC Suite, Canva, Webflow
- Experience designing for enterprise audiences (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Strong execution across print + digital: conference materials, event graphics, social assets, and web layouts.
- Reliable and organized: you can manage multiple small projects and deliver on deadlines without heavy oversight.
- Ability to take feedback well, iterate quickly, and maintain taste under speed.
Nice-To-Have:
- UI/UX experience. Help with lightweight UI improvements, screens, and flows for our demos and product interfaces.
- Video-editing experience
Engagement + Compensation:
- Flexible to do per project quotes or hourly compensation ($50-$120 per hour based on experience)
- Fractional / part-time averaging 8 hours/week on an ongoing basis (immediate backlog of 4-5 projects ready to start). Opportunity to grow into a full-time role if there’s mutual interest and fit.
- Flexible schedule and remote-friendly
Note: Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. If you believe you are a strong fit, you can skip ahead in our hiring process and tackle our design challenge. We will consider all applicants who complete the submission, regardless of years of experience, education, or pedigree. Design is one of the few roles where you can evaluate skill directly.
