About Us

ESREVOLUTION owns and operates ESR Gaming Network and Big A Anime, with thousands of hours of licensed content as well as 1200+ hours of original gaming and anime content distributed across 100+ countries via Sling TV, Amazon Fire TV, and major telecom partners worldwide.
We recently closed our first AI training data licensing deal with Meta and are scaling this high-margin revenue stream to $500K-1M in 2026.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a fractional Business Development Lead to help us close 5-10 AI content licensing deals in the next 90 days. This is a 3-month contract with strong potential to convert to full-time leadership role.

What You'll Do

  • Generate pipeline of 20-30 AI companies interested in licensing our content
  • Run outreach campaigns to AI labs, LLM companies, and video generation AI companies
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos with technical + business stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close deals ranging from $50K-300K
  • Work closely with CEO (who will handle 15 conversations herself)
  • Create repeatable sales playbook for future team

Ideal Candidate

Must Haves:

  • 3-5+ years selling to enterprise tech/AI companies
  • Experience closing $50K-500K deals
  • Comfortable with consultative, technical sales
  • Hunter mentality - can generate own pipeline
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quota

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in media licensing, content, or data partnerships
  • Existing relationships at AI companies
  • Understanding of AI training data landscape

Compensation

  • $8,000/month retainer (20 hours/week)
  • 7% commission on closed deals
  • 3-month initial contract: Feb-April 2026
  • Remote, flexible schedule
  • Potential to convert to full-time VP BD if successful

Success Metrics (90 days)

  • 25+ qualified conversations with AI companies
  • $200K+ pipeline generated
  • $75-150K in closed deals
  • Documented sales playbook
