About Us
Our software and managed services helps the biggest organizations train their AI data models. Our customers include the AI model providers themselves, household name brands, major governments, and everything in between. Our worldwide network of human agents performs tasks like correcting AI-generated python code, or AI-generated legal language.
We're doing over $100MM in ARR, and recently raised a 9-figure funding round.
About the Work
We need to quickly ramp up our design team to support rapid company growth. We're looking for a Staff-level Fractional or Interim Product Designer to significantly elevate our quality, consistency, and intelligence of our UX across our internal tooling and customer facing products.
Specifically, you'll:
- Own end-to-end design for key product areas
- Create prototypes using tools like Replit, Cursor, and Claude Code - and test these prototypes with users
- Take a systems-thinking approach to highly complex workflows across very different industries
- Lead user and market research exercises, with heavy use of AI tooling
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
- Work closely with a PM, engineers, and our VP Product Design
We're looking for as much firepower as we can get, and are open to either 20 or 40 hr / week time commitments. If there's mutual interest, this role can convert into a full-time role as well.
About You
You MUST have:
- Played senior / staff level product design roles working on AI products, platform products, and/or complex enterprise products
- A portfolio that shows clear systems-thinking skills
- You're already using Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, etc. in your design workflow
- Strong technical fluency - you can read code, and even better if you can write code
