What you'll be working on

• Designing user learning dashboards
• Designing the front-end interfaces for an AI-powered chatbot including the conversational experience
• Iteratively improving designs based on user research and testing

Responsibilities

• Gathering design requirements from stakeholders and engineers
• Creating mockups, prototypes and production-ready designs
• Ensuring designs are intuitive, accessible and optimize for desired outcomes
• Testing designs with end users and iterating based on feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing dashboard and interface designs
• Expertise designing for AI chatbots or conversational experiences
• Proficiency with Figma
• Portfolio demonstrating previous relevant work
