Senior Product Designer

• For DubClub: It’s the ecosystem where betting becomes sticky. Instead of churn after a losing streak, fans stick around for free plays, discovery loops, rewards, and community moments.

We’re looking for a Fractional Product Designer to partner with us over the next 6 weeks (with potential extension). This is a part-time role (10–20 hrs/week) where you’ll work closely with our team to turn our existing design system into delightful, intuitive product experiences that add real value and simplicity to our users’ daily workflows.

What you’ll do

• Translate our design system into polished, production-ready flows and interfaces.
• Own end-to-end design execution final Figma specs.
• Make complex workflows feel simple and approachable for our users.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership async (Slack, Loom, Figma comments).
• Move fast: prioritize clarity, usability, and speed of delivery over perfection.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a preference for experience in the sports betting ecosystem or other consumer apps.
• Strong Figma chops and comfort working within/expanding a design system.
• A portfolio that shows craft, clarity, and an ability to simplify complex flows.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously — you can turn feedback into iterations quickly.
• Available for 10–20 hours per week for at least 6 weeks.
