About the Company
LWD Advisors, Inc. is like no other law firm you know. LWD is the virtual “in house” legal department for a group of highly dynamic venture-backed startups. LWD partners with founders and their startup teams to bring practical, solutions-oriented legal support that enables emerging companies to meet their business goals.
Our mission at LWD Advisors is to provide early-stage companies with an experienced General Counsel and the functionality of a nimble in-house legal team – all at a stage of growth when neither should be affordable.
Jeff Hyman, the founder, has a background as a attorney at Cooley, and then worked in-house at Intel, Apple, Pebble, Google, and more.
