Role Description
Recharge Media is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Fractional Sales Manager to manage daily accountability, and the tracking of performance for our radio and digital sales teams across brands including Sun Radio, Jack FM, and Crush FM.
This role is designed for an experienced sales leader, perhaps you retired from media and want to get back into the game -plenty of drive and knowledge and someone who can help foster a fast-paced no excuses environment.
The Fractional Sales Manager will focus on improving daily execution, sales discipline, prospecting consistency, pipeline management, BS override and overall sales culture while supporting ownership and station leadership.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, including setting and achieving sales targets and leading sales teams.
- Strong Business Development and Relationship Management skills to identify opportunities and maintain client satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning and Analytical abilities to develop sales strategies and analyze performance metrics.
- Marketing and Communication Skills to align sales efforts with branding and promotional strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales forecasting and reporting.
- Experience in media, broadcasting, or related fields is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
