Fractional Risk Manager - UK

Type of work: Hybrid (work from home, 2 days per week, 1 year cooperation)

Based: UK/Slovenia/Europe.

Reports to: Chief Risk Officer (CRO) / CEO

Responsibilities and Key Activities

• Assess risks in crypto trading, staking, and decentralized finance.
• Develop strategies for mitigating blockchain and financial security risks in accordance with UK regulations and compliance requirements.
• Monitor crypto and other asset volatility and liquidity risks.
• Implement risk management frameworks for DeFi protocols.

Key goals

• Minimize risk exposure in crypto assets.
• Ensure secure and compliant operations in crypto markets.

​

Key activities

• Analyze crypto market fluctuations.
• Advise on the risks of emerging blockchain technologies.

​

Key internal customers

• Senior management, Compliance, Operations.

​

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of crypto markets, DeFi, and risk management.
• Experience with crypto risk mitigation strategies.
• Deep understanding of UK regulations and risk management requirements.
