The Role
We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to support our growing global beauty brand. This role will work closely with the CEO on retail strategy, execution, and key partner relationships, and is ideal for an experienced retail leader with a strong understanding of beauty merchandising, retailer relationships, and retail execution. If you are a proactive, organized operator who is ready to own retail account health, strengthen partner relationships, and drive consistent retail execution across launches, activations, and programs, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities
- Own assigned retail channels (Sephora US, Sephora Canada, Space NK) end-to-end, with accountability for channel strategy, performance outcomes, and day-to-day execution
- Serve as Kulfi’s central liaison, driving clear communication and partner alignment
- Account performance through sales tracking, program execution, and opportunity identification
- Lead joint brand and retailer initiatives across in store and online channels
- Direct the planning and execution of high impact retail activations
- Oversee retail calendars and ensure flawless delivery of assets, samples, and key deadlines
- Translate category trends and competitive activity into actionable internal insights
- Advise leadership on retail opportunities, promotional investments, and growth strategy
- Drive cross-functional alignment across marketing, operations, and leadership

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CPG and retail account management within beauty.
- Hands-on ownership of key beauty retail accounts, including retail partner relationships, sales performance, merchandising calendars, launches, and activations
- Proven success operating as a fractional or interim leader, able to assess quickly, prioritize effectively, and drive execution with minimal ramp time or oversight
- Consistently responsive to retail partners and internal teams across time zones
- Strong operational judgment with a solutions-oriented mindset that balances brand and retailer needs
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with retail partners and internal stakeholders

Travel & Time Zones
The role may be based anywhere within the United States and requires availability to work across Pacific, Eastern, and UK time zones. Primary partners are in San Francisco, New York, and London. Domestic travel will be required up to two times per year, with international travel to Canada once per year.

Compensation
Fractional, 1099 contract | $5,500-$7500 per month | 55–65 hours per month
Compensation based on relevant experience, depth of retail account ownership, and geographic location.
