About Us
Founded in June 2023, Crete PA (Crete Professionals Alliance) aims to drive growth across accounting and professional service firms in the United States. Our initial venture in August 2023 involved acquiring a majority interest in the non-attest assets of a top 300 US-based national firm, positioning us alongside the top 100 US accounting firms based on cumulative revenue. With nearly ten partner firms, multiple deals under LOI, and substantial committed capital, Crete PA is poised to shortly become equivalent to a top 50 firm in terms of aggregate revenue, with ambitions to expand into a multi-country platform.
Supported by ZBS Partners, a firm managing over $500 million in assets, and led by cofounders experienced in developing multi-industry platforms, Crete PA partners with local firms to enhance their independence while boosting their revenue and profitability.
About the Work
Crete PA’s Talent Acquisition capability is an engine for the growth of our Partner firms. In under six months, we have already filled 40+ positions with a dynamic team, led by our Director of Recruiting and supported by our Head of Growth Operations.
We are seeking the expertise of a Fractional Recruiting Operations Leader to help make our recruiting efforts more operationally effective and scalable, thereby unlocking our ability to grow revenues and serve our clients better.
We will start with 10 - 20 hrs/week to for the next few months and if there is strong mutual fit, we expect to extend to a long-term fractional relationship OR a full-time hire.
Specifically, you'll:
- Map the current recruiting operations processes, identify key bottlenecks and opportunity areas and recommend our team on the right operational strategies
- Translate the aforementioned strategies into an implementation plan to up-level our existing systems and tools (our current ATS is UKG and we're exploring alternatives)
- Help us answer the following key questions:
- How do we attract more candidates?
- How do we better engage those candidates?
- How do we efficiently get them through the funnel and make them an offer?
- Identify new hires for the People team to enable sustainable long term process improvement and excellence in the recruiting function
- You should expect to support our Recruiting team on active recruiting mandates (directly or indirectly) in the short-term (first 4 weeks or so) to identify opportunities to unblock the team’s capacity and improve funnel rates for the team
About You
You should be a recruiting operations expert with significant experience scaling recruiting functions at other high-volume businesses.
We'd love to see:
- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- A focus on recruiting operations, specifically
- Your Linkedin/Resume clearly shows past experiences at companies that have high volume recruiting needs, in B2B or B2C contexts
- Marketplaces, retail chains, gig economy startups (Uber, Doordash), are all relevant prior experiences
- You live in the USA/Canada, and work Eastern-time hours
