About Floe
Floe is the first credit DEX, a peer-to-peer lending protocol that matches lenders and borrowers directly. Our architecture is different from anything else in DeFi, which means our UX challenges are unique too.
We’re looking for a contract or fractional designer to help us nail the core product experience from loan creation flows to portfolio management to our AI agent interface.
What You’ll Do
• Redesign and improve core user flows (creating loans, browsing markets, managing positions)
• Design the interface for LendrBot, our AI-powered lending agent
• Create a design system that scales as we add features
• Conduct user research and usability testing with real DeFi users
What We’re Looking For
• Portfolio showing complex product design ideally fintech, crypto, or data-heavy applications
• Ability to work in Figma and deliver production-ready specs
• Understanding of DeFi UX patterns (or willingness to learn fast)
• Strong opinions on how to make financial products accessible
Bonus
• Have designed for DeFi protocols before
• Can implement basic frontend
• Experience with conversational UI or AI product design and tools
Details
Engagement: 10-20 hours/week min, 3-month initial engagement with potential to extend or convert
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
