About Us
Find AI is building an AI search engine for people and companies.
Think Perplexity, but more over a LinkedIn-style data set.
Our entire team is fractional and globally distributed. We have zero meetings.
We're funded by leading VCs including Daniel Gross (lead investor in Perplexity), Felicis Ventures (Canva, Notion, Weight & Biases), and leading angels.
About the Work
We're looking for an experienced product designer to work with an engineer to help build outreach tools into our product.
You'll help think about how to integrate AI into communications, using our proprietary AI tools.
How we work:
- We operate on a modified Shape-Up for frontend, where it's fixed time and variable scope
- We run the "frontend crew", 1 designer + 1 engineer, on a weekly cycle for now (though, we may change the cycle length to be longer)
- We start the cycle with a brief about what we want the frontend crew to work on.
- Then, the designer and engineer work together to design, build, and ship during the cycle.
- When the cycle ends, we start a new cycle with a different brief.
- In this format, the product designer works closely with the engineer and controls the product management.
About You
The ideal person for this role is:
- A generalist product designer with experience building enterprise software with a product-led growth strategy
- Interest and knowledge in applied AI is useful
- You could have gone into management at a traditional company, but decided to pursue mastery and autonomy instead
