Park City, Utah | Primarily In-Office | Anticipated 10–20 Hours/Week | $60-75,000 Annual Compensation | No Benefits
Pacific Group Resorts is seeking an experienced HR leader for a newly created, part-time strategic role supporting HR teams and General Managers across our resort portfolio.
This is our first corporate-level HR position, and we are intentionally starting with a part-time model. We currently anticipate an average commitment of approximately 10–20 hours per week, although part of this person's initial responsibility will be helping us evaluate our needs and determine where corporate-level HR support provides the greatest value.
This is a primarily in-office position based in Park City, Utah, with periodic travel to our resort properties. Candidates must be able to work regularly from our Park City office and be willing and able to travel as business needs require. This is not a remote position.
Each of our resorts has its own local HR function, and we intend to preserve that decentralized model. We are looking for a senior HR professional who can help our local teams work more effectively, identify opportunities for improvement, share best practices across properties, strengthen benefits and HR systems, and help us determine what the right level of corporate HR support should look like going forward.
The right person will be comfortable operating as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on resource. This role may be particularly attractive to an experienced HR executive who wants meaningful, senior-level work on a reduced schedule and enjoys building and improving systems rather than managing a large corporate HR department.
