Role Overview
We’re seeking a fractional Principal Recruiter / Head of Talent type to empower our mission to grow world-class, competitive organizations. In this crucial role, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment as a strategic partner to Spence Hoffman (Founder) as we enter into our exciting next phase of growth, innovation, and service.
Day to day, you will likely drive business forward through
- Building strategic hiring plans with Founders + their leadership teams
- Engaging and supporting candidates from initial screen to close
- Collaborating with coordinators and sourcers to build your pipelines
- Running special projects
- Building and updating internal systems/documents

Compensation + benefits
Depending how we structure compensation, we foresee this person making $200k to $450k if working full-time and some percentage of that depending on the amount of hours they work. We provide sick leave and a 401k plan for everyone.
