BeatpulseLabs is a fast-growing company at the forefront of data provision and data labeling for generative multimedia AI. We specialise in structuring, licensing, and preparing audio, video, music, and speech data for leading AI companies globally.

As we expand rapidly across markets, including into new regions like China, and take on increasingly complex contracts, we’re looking for a fractional General Counsel to join our leadership team and support our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including licensing and data use contracts
• Support compliance in investor relations, fundraising, and company structuring
• Advise on international legal considerations as we expand beyond Europe and the US
• Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams across legal, ops, and partnerships

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience advising startups, especially in tech, media, or entertainment
• Expertise in data licensing, content rights, IP structuring, and SaaS agreements
• Previous exposure to fundraising rounds and investor documentation
• Qualified in the UK, US, or EU (multiple jurisdictions a plus)
• Ability to work autonomously, pragmatically, and with a business-first mindset

Remote-first, but we also have team hubs/ offices in London, Sofia, and South Africa if hybrid is preferred.
