About the Work
As a Fractional Recruiting Director, you will help our clients make key hires to their organizations through the full cycle recruiting process. We have key support functions in place such as candidate sourcing, messaging, and management. Where you come in is as a specialist with a deep background in Finance to help evaluate candidates through virtual interviews to determine if there's a fit with our client needs.
This is a flexible opportunity that you can do in concert with other jobs as long as you have at least 5 - 10 hours of availability a week (during business hours).
About You
- You have at least 8 years of total experience in a FP&A role
- You have hired at least 5 people onto a finance team, ideally across analysts, managers, and directors
- 5+ hours of availability a week during business hours
- Must be based in the USA / Canada ONLY
