About Us
At Campo 25, our mission is to combat community deterioration and encourage and facilitate economic development in distressed neighborhoods. Additionally, we work as advocates to enhance positive outreach and engagement between the communities we serve, institutions, and government to ensure the execution of our mission, thereby lessening neighborhood tension and the burden of government. Our engagements include advisory and advocacy with not-for-profits and private businesses and active participation in repositioning real estate's planning, ownership, and transactions.
One of Campo 25's current projects is to fund and build permanent housing on Seymour Avenue for survivors, including those with multigenerational needs. We plan for the Executive Director to develop, lead, and execute this project's strategy and contract with the appropriate non-profit beneficiary of the property and Campo 25's development resources. Once this project is complete, Campo 25 seeks to continue with this model in other aspects of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, and beyond.
Campo 25 is dedicated to honoring the resilience and strength of survivors and fostering a community where individuals can thrive. Through education, advocacy, and support, we work to create a safe, empowering space for healing and transformation.
